The Best Mixers For Fast, Easy Drinks

Before we dive into our list of easy mixed drinks, we should talk about the best mixers first. Mixers add flavor, sweetness, or even a slight bitterness to drinks. They can take your bar skills to the next level. The beverages we’ve listed for you today may require these mixers.

  • Tonic Water: Tonic water is carbonated water with a bit of added sweetener. Despite the sweetener, tonic water adds bitterness to alcoholic beverages that enhance the flavors. It’s simple but packs a punch. You can usually find tonic water in a gin and tonic.
  • Ginger Beer: Ginger beer is technically fermented ginger soda. It goes well with dark liquors like dark rum and bourbon. Ginger beer is full of flavor, so mix this with a simple drink like a Moscow Mule.
  • Club Soda: Club soda is plain carbonated water. It helps dilute the strong flavor of liquor and adds a nice effervescent texture to drinks. It’s a great addition to any drink that tastes too strong for your liking.

Rancho La Gloria is not a mixer, nor does it require a mixer. It’s one of the reasons why our customers love our mixed drinks! Keeping these mixers on hand gives you the power to create easy, mixed drinks on the spot.
