Spicy Mango-nada: Late July x Rancho La Gloria

Ingredients:
- 5 oz Rancho La Gloria Mango Margarita
- Tajín Spicy Chamoy Sauce
- Tajín Rim
- Ice
Method:
- Prep your glass. Dip your glass in the Tajín Chamoy sauce & rim with Tajín powder.
- Add in a few cubes of ice.
- Add in 5 oz of Rancho La Gloria Mango Margarita.
- Pair with a bag of Sea Salt Lime Chips from Late July.
Mango Pico De Gallo
Ingredients:
- Mango Diced
- 1 Roma Tomato Diced
- Cilantro
- Jalapeño
- Garlic
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp. Lime Juice
Method:
- Finely Dice 1/2 Red Onion
- Crush and mince 3 garlic cloves
- Slice and dice 1 roma tomato
- Pit & cut mango into small cubes
- Slice and dice 1 jalapeño. Be mindful of the seeds & add to taste
- Finely chop cilantro
- Add all ingredients into a small bowl or molcajete & add in lime juice
- Mix, and enjoy with your Mango-nada & chips
