Disco Sour
A new take on a classic sour with a groovy vibe.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Pink Lemonade Tequila
- 3⁄4 oz Lime Juice
- 3⁄4 oz Agave Nectar
- 1⁄2 Egg White
Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake, strain and dry shake for twenty seconds. Then strain into cup or martini glass.
Garnish Notes:
Drops of Peychaud’s bitters, dehydrated lemon wheel or violas.
