Pink SERPENT

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Rancho La Gloria Pink Lemonade Tequila
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1⁄2 oz Lemon Juice
- 3⁄4 oz Spicy Honey*
- Dehydrated Lemon Slice and Toasted Dried Chili
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard for 20 seconds. Pour into a Collins glass.
Preparation Notes:
Spiced honey: Equal parts honey and water simmered with chili de arbol and fresh ginger. Cool, blend and strain into a storage bottle.
