Pineapple Bandito

Ingredients

– 2 oz. Rancho La Gloria Jalapeno Lime Infused Tequila
– 1 oz. pineapple juice
– 1⁄2 oz. tamarind cordial
– 1⁄2 oz. lime juice

Directions

Combine ingredients and shake.
Strain into a martini glass garnish with dehydrated lime wheel and pineapple wedge with chili salt.
